At Burst, we believe that the best way to create sustainable careers and upward mobility for our employees and the youth of Myanmar is to pro-actively offer training opportunities and financial assistance so that education is made available to all Myanmar persons willing to put the effort into improving their base of knowledge and skill sets.
To that end, we will create the "Burst Academy" to advance the opportunities of the youth of Myanmar and to provide a platform of skills and expertise that are designed to make Myanmar competitive in the Asean Economic Community, if not globally!
By way of this initiative, Burst will provide advanced education at no charge to our employees and offer training to select university students in the areas of English language, engineering, technical vocation and managment with the objective of creating a corporate culture of best practices.
The ability to communicate in English is imperative to best serve our client base and to provide for future opportunities for our employees. Burst will provide intensive business and technical english training to all Myanmar-based employees to ensure we thrive as an organization and that our employees grow as individuals.
Engineering & Technical
Burst will train staff in Singapore and Malaysia by utilizing datacenter and satellite "bootcamps". Employees will spend 3 months training in our partners facilities abroad with continued training and certification upon their return to Myanmar.
Training staff in the areas of business is critical to the success of running a successful business and serving our clients at the highest level of QoS. Burst will make available training courses in finance, marketing, customer service and management to promote best practices in our industry and to prepare out staff for career advancement.
